Introducing MaxAI
Following the refresher, Mr. Armin Shahbeik took the stage to officially introduce MaxAI. This presentation wasn’t just about a new tool, it was about a fundamental shift in how we manage health insurance. Armin demonstrated how MaxAI will integrate with our existing portals to handle quotations with unprecedented speed. The goal is clear, reduce manual overhead and provide our partners with real-time, actionable insights.
The Big Moment: MaxAI Goes Live
The atmosphere was electric as we moved into the official “Go-Live” phase. With the flip of a digital switch, MaxAI was integrated into our live environment. This marks the transition from development to a functional reality, allowing us to begin utilizing AI-driven portal to manage our growing membership base more effectively.
Hands-On with the Broker Relations Team
Theory met practice in the final segment of the day. The Broker Relations Team led a practical demonstration, showcasing sample cases already live on the portal. These cases allow brokers to interact with the interface, test the AI’s capabilities, and see firsthand how the platform simplifies the reporting process.
MaxHealth Milestone
The energy in the room at Kempinski The Boulevard was incredible. Beyond the technical deep dives and live demos, the masterclass was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect, collaborate, and celebrate this major milestone together.
